Shipping:

We, at The Pound Bakery, work hard to keep your shipping costs as low as possible.  We work closely with a variety of shipping companies to get you the best rate, no matter the size of your order.

Retail Customers:

• Orders will be shipped UPS or USGround.
• Orders recieved after noon, central time, will be processed the next business day.

Wholesale Customers:

• Small orders will be shipped via UPS Ground.
• Larger orders will be shipped via Freight, We work with several trucking companies to ensure you the best rate.
• Rates for Freight deliveries will not be available when your order is placed, you will be contacted by a sales associate with the best possible rate.
• Please make us aware of any special shipping requests such as, Delivery appointment needed, Residentail address or if there is a lift Gate needed.

      We take every precaution to ensur your orders arrive intact, however we can not be responsible for damage incurred during shipping.  We will however help to pursue any claims necessary through the carrier.  We thank you for your cooperation, and will with you to on any special requests.

Returns:
